Lincoln Property Company Welcomes Three New Vice Presidents to their National Team

The residential division of Lincoln Property Company is excited to announce the addition of three new Vice Presidents to their National team, based in Dallas, TX.

Jenny Allen, Lincoln Property Company's new VP of Asset Management, is tasked with leading Asset and Investment Management efforts for assets acquired through LPC’s current and future funds with Cadillac Fairview. Jenny brings over 20 years of experience in Investment Management, overseeing all facets of asset management, including valuations, finance, dispositions, renovations, development, investor relations and underwriting. Prior to joining Lincoln, Jenny worked for Invesco Real Estate and StreetLights Residential.

Allen earned her BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University, where she presents to the Real Estate MBA students as a guest speaker on multi-family investing and management. She lives in Dallas with her daughter and in addition to other charitable endeavors, she currently serves on the Advancement Committee at her daughter’s school.

Vice President of Learning & Talent Development

Molly Rupprath joins Lincoln Property Company as Vice President of Learning & Talent Development. Molly describes herself as a "curious, people-first leader and talent fanatic." With over 23 years of supporting various learning and talent functions and 14 years leading people, her experience with a multitude of industries and organizations such as EDS, The U.S. Department of Justice, GoDaddy.com, PetSmart Inc., Massage Envy Franchising, and Zillow Group have allowed her to experience what works and where organizations tend to struggle. Molly is proficient in modern talent management frameworks, succession planning, talent calibration, performance, and various learning models. She leads with a growth mindset and considers herself to be a dedicated collaborator, who is energized by learning, innovating, and questioning assumptions. She is a certified Sr. Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a certified Instructional Designer and Facilitator, a certified Facilitator for Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II, Manager Essentials, and Legendary Service, and has also completed her Human Performance Improvement (HPI) Certification through the Association for Talent Development.

Molly is based out of Dallas, and in her free time loves traveling (especially to music festivals), wine-tasting, live local music, watching The Phoenix Suns and her favorite NFL team, the New Orleans Saints play.

Vice President, Talent Acquisition and Retention

Durell Vieau joins Lincoln Property Company as Vice President, Talent Acquisition and Retention, bringing with her over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources leader. Durell has an extensive background leading all facets of human resources, specializing in Talent Acquisition, Leadership and Employee Development, Diversity, Inclusion and Equity and Total Rewards. Her experience spans a wide array of industries including state and local government, financial and insurance services, manufacturing, and now multifamily. Durell has launched several global leadership development programs focusing on career development and leveling the playing field for all employees by increasing exposure and visibility to senior leaders.

Durell received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison, a master’s degree in Public Administration and Management from Hamline University School of Public Administration and Management and a JD from Hamline University School of Law. Durell serves as a Cabinet Member for the United Way of Tarrant County and has partnered with Girls, Inc. of Tarrant County and the Fort Worth Independent School District’s STEM programs to advance STEM education for young women. She and her husband live in Southlake, Texas with their two children.
