The team at Lincoln is proud to announce the hire of Joe Markonic as the new Regional Property Manager in Denver. With over 20 years of experience, Joe offers extensive expertise on new construction, renovations, and lease-up projects as well as garden-style, high-rise, and mixed-use developments.
For 10 years, Joe was a Regional Manager with Gables Residential where he oversaw more than 2,000 renovations of units and lease-up communities. Following his tenure with Gables, Joe was a Senior Regional Manager with Greystar, where he managed a portfolio of over 1,500 units. He has worked with such clients as Clarion, AEW, Principle, and Prudential, among many others. He is active within the Apartment Association and holds his Florida Real Estate License.
In his role at Lincoln, Joe will manage portfolio operations while delivering superior property performance.
