Lincoln Property Company is very pleased to announce that Jamie Dalferes has joined the team as the Vice President - Learning & Talent Development, Southwest Region.
Jamie joins LPC with over 15 years of experience in organizational management, training development, and e-learning. In her most recent role as a Learning and Development Manager for NCH Corporation, Jamie was charged with successfully launching global learning initiatives focused on safety, job-specific training, and compliance. She was also tasked with partnering with Recruitment on the implementation of internship and mentor programs.
Ms. Dalferes is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. In addition, Jamie has earned a master’s degree from Texas Tech in Instructional Technology.
