Grand Campus Living was awarded management of 46 North Apartments from Farran Realty Partners. This 468-bed student housing community is designed to cater to students at the University of Montana in Missoula.

Fully furnished studio, one-, two- and four-bedroom units will be available with double occupancy options in select floor plans.

Featured community amenities include ski tuning rooms, music practice rooms, bike storage and maintenance, dedicated study lounges and a study center, a cyber-lounge, tanning lounge, interior courtyards for community gardens, and 6,500 square feet of street-level retail.
