Lincoln Property Company, the second largest apartment firm in the US, recently named Greg Merchand as Vice President of Operations for the Northeast Region.
Bruce Webster, Regional Vice President for LPC’s Northeast and Midwest regions, says he is pleased to be able to bring such an experienced and talented professional onto the Northeast team.
“Greg’s leadership of our successful Northeast team will mean continuing best-in-market performance for our clients and a dynamic learning environment for our associates as we continue to expand our presence in these markets,” says Webster.
Marchand has garnered over 20 years of experience in managing all types of real estate. His background includes work in lease-ups, multifamily assets, renovation, development and turnaround of underperforming properties.
“I could not be more thrilled to be a part of the LPC Northeast team,” says Merchand. “I look forward to continuing to build our presence in the Northeast by pairing Lincoln’s national leadership with our local expertise.”
Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Greg served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Wingate Companies. He also worked at Equity Residential where he managed a portfolio of nearly 5,000 units.
