Trina Williams Promoted to Vice President: Internal Audit and Transitions

Lincoln is excited to announce the promotion of Trina Williams to Vice President Internal Audit and Transitions. Trina has over 18 years of expertise with Lincoln Property Company. Previously holding the title of Director of Internal Audit and Transitions, Trina led an internal audit and transitions team for the past three years. In her tenure in this role, she developed a policy administration program, refined Lincoln’s process of onboarding new assets, and led the audit team in supporting operations and risk initiatives.

In this new position, Mrs. Williams will continue to oversee the seamless transition of units added to Lincoln’s portfolio. In addition, Trina leads a team of auditors for Lincoln’s portfolio to ensure every community is following the necessary protocol and meeting individualized ownership requirements. Scott Wilder, Executive Vice President of Residential Management stated, "Trina has proven her immense work ethic and advanced skillset over the years. We are beyond thrilled to announce her well-deserved promotion.”
