This 748-unit apartment community is located in Centreville, Virginia and will be managed through Lincoln's Mid-Atlantic Regional Office, located in Herndon, Virginia. "We are honored to have been selected by asset ownership to manage this community," stated Scott Wilder, Executive Vice President for Lincoln Property Company. "Our primary goals include improvement in the areas of maintenance, customer service, and resident satisfaction." Moving forward, LPC is planning to complete community amenity upgrades and capital improvements to building exteriors. Bent Tree Apartments plays host to studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans ranging in size from 680 to 1,213 square feet, featuring amenities such as wood-burning fireplaces, detached garages, individual washers and dryers, bay windows, cathedral ceilings, and private patios and balconies.
