Kristin Heiple, Lincoln Property Company's new Regional Property Manager in Arizona, is from Phoenix where she received her Bachelor of Science in Sociology at Arizona State University. She brings over 12 years of industry experience working on stabilized, renovation, and lease-up assets. Kristin has received numerous awards for resident satisfaction, marketing as well as exceeding budgeted rent and occupancy goals.

Kristin comes to us from Greystar, where she was responsible for strengthening and mentoring teams, cleaning financials, and developing strategies to exceed ownership expectations for the Southwest region. She brings a strong financial acumen to our region as well as charisma and confidence that makes her a delight to be around.
