Genienne Hernandez has been promoted to Lincoln’s Marketing Director for Central Florida responsible for communities in Tampa, Jacksonville, St. Petersburg, and Bradenton. Genienne has been with Lincoln since September of 2013 starting her LPC career as a business manager at a mid-rise A+ lease-up in Orlando, FL with Bristol Development. When the community was marketed and sold in early 2015, she then moved to another LPC mid-rise A+ lease-up in Celebration, FL with Hines Development. This community later marketed and sold in late 2016. In 2016, Genienne earned the "CTA" (Certified Training Associate) designation with Lincoln and has loved assisting her Regional Director of Talent Development with the new hire and ongoing associate training classes.

Prior to Lincoln, Genienne worked for Altman Development, a boutique developer and owner based out of South Florida, as a Senior Property Manager for 10 years.
