Fourteen winners were announced in early December at The Best Places to Work in Multifamily conference in Arizona. Results were based on an in-depth survey from Lincoln employees all over the country. Randomly selected team members were surveyed regarding everything from company culture to recommending Lincoln's services to a friend, to work-life balance, upper management, and more. Lincoln was one of many multifamily companies surveyed.
