We are pleased to announce the promotion of Kristen Becker, Lincoln’s new Area Vice President over the Houston region. Mrs. Becker joined Lincoln Property Company in March of 2001, beginning her journey in Houston. Over the past 15 years, she has worked her way up through the ranks, achieving recognition as a Leasing Director, Assistant Manager, and Business Manager. In June of 2006, Kristen was promoted to Regional Property Manager, and subsequently Senior Regional Property Manager in August of 2014. She is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Mrs. Becker has extensive experience with institutional “A” quality assets, from new construction and lease-up assets to maintaining stabilization in challenging markets. Her properties have continually been recognized and awarded for outstanding performance by our clients with whom she has built strong relationships. Mrs. Becker’s portfolio is located in the greater Houston metro area.
