Lincoln Property Company and Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. are pleased to announce the finalization of Cooper Street's project outline, a rental housing development project in Waltham, a suburb of Boston, Massachusetts. The project was launched with the land acquisition on January 28, 2016.
Cooper Street is the fourth joint project between Lincoln Property Company and Daiwa House. The other three projects are Berkeley (Fort Worth, Texas), Water's Edge (Farmers Branch, Texas), and North Clark (Chicago, Illinois).
