Chris Burns, CAM, CAPS, CPM®, Senior Vice President with Lincoln Property Company, has officially started his term as 2023 National Apartment Association (NAA) Treasurer. He was installed at NAA’s annual Assembly of Delegates, held in Norfolk, VA in November.

Burns joins NAA’s 2023 leadership with more than 40 years of experience across the rental housing industry. He joined Lincoln Property Company in 1992 and today is responsible for all multifamily management operations and new business development throughout the southeastern United States.

In addition, Burns has been an active volunteer across NAA for years. He is a Past Chairman of the Florida, Georgia and Atlanta Apartment Associations and also served as a Regional Vice President for NAA. Burns’ industry service extends beyond NAA as he is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Atlanta Board of Realtors.
